Perspex South Africa is the only authorised distributor of Methyl Methacrylate Monomer or MMA produced by the worlds leading MMA manufacturer Lucite International, which has production, R&D, sales and marketing facilities in all three major geo-economic regions; the Americas, Europe and Asia. Lucite International has 25% market share in MMA by volume with over 1100ktes of capacity. Perspex SA imports MMA in bulk volumes to Island View Storage in Durban, South Africa and we have the largest supply capacity of MMA in the country as well as highly competitive pricing structures due to our supply chain relationship with Lucite International. Our clients have the option of collecting MMA from IVS directly or we can make the logistical delivery arrangements on their behalf if required.
